Can I cancel my order?

You may cancel your order for prints and frames within 6 hours of the order being placed. Once your order is in production and has been scheduled with our shipping partners, it becomes part of multiple automated processes, making it difficult to halt. To ensure we can cancel your order and issue a full refund, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to stop the production process before it begins.

My item did not arrive.

Our courier partners and the team at BONAFIDA STUDIO strive for perfection, but occasionally errors may occur.

As part of our satisfaction guarantee, if your artwork arrives damaged or incorrect, we will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost.

Please always use the original packaging when returning an item.

My item arrived damaged.

Although rare, if you encounter any issues, within 7 days of receiving your item please provide the following photos:

– Front of the frame/print
– Back of the frame/print
– Front of the package
– Back of the package
– inner protection of the package
– inner package overview
– package label

The fastest way to receive a replacement item is to return the item, and once the return is accepted make a new purchase.

I was sent the wrong item.

If you receive the wrong item and prefer a refund, simply return the incorrect item to us, and we will cover the postage costs for the return.

However, if an order is not delivered due to multiple failed delivery attempts or customer-related issues—such as an incomplete address or failure to collect the parcel—the customer will be responsible for any outbound shipping costs associated with the order.

Again, the fastest way to receive a replacement item is to return the item, and once the return is accepted make a new purchase.

I ordered a print, frame or merch and changed my mind

Important! Our products are of the highest quality but remain delicate. If any item returns to us damaged, we are only able to offer a 50% refund. Retour shipping is always at expense of customer.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@bonafidastudio.com within 14 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with our returns address.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • The item must be unmarked, unworn, and unwashed.
  • The item must be in the same condition as when you received it.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.

As a small independent business, customers are responsible for any outbound shipping costs associated with unwanted items. For framed artworks and previously exchanged items, the original outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

For your protection, we recommend returning items via recorded or registered mail. Refunds for purchases made with gift card credit will be issued in the form of store credit.

This policy does not affect your statutory legal rights.
